The taxonomy behind this site — which SHSAT-8 math topics exist, and roughly how often each one appears — was built by auditing publicly-released NYC SHSAT practice forms (Forms A and B, 2018–2024) and cross-checking against publicly-available topic references and community discussion. We used these only to understand what the exam tests, never to copy questions.
